Liberty, Mo. – The SBU men's basketball team competed in their third conference game in six days Thursday evening. The game ended against the Bearcats as they fell to the William Jewell Cardinals 61-74 moving them to 4-4 (1-2 GLVC) on the season.
The teams went back-and-forth early on, with four lead changes and two ties in the first half. Throughout most of it, the game remained in the favor of William Jewell largely due to their sharpshooting.
