Romeoville, Ill. - The SBU men's basketball team fell to the Lewis Flyers Thursday evening 53-77 moving to 6-10 (3-7 GLVC) on the season.

It was a tight battle throughout a majority of the game with six lead changes and four ties. The close battle fell apart midway through the second half, when the Flyers went on a 26-6 run putting the game out of reach.

Freshman
Barron Silsby led all scoring for the Bearcats with 11 points shooting 75% from beyond the arc. His fellow freshman also had a career game scoring a high 10 points off 50% shooting. The only other Bearcat to score in double figures was junior
Bayley Crawford.

The Bearcats will stay on the road and travel to Indianapolis, In. to play the Greyhounds on Saturday, January 25th at 2:00pm CST in Nicoson Hall.
