Wichita, Kan. – The SBU women's volleyball team finished non-conference play Tuesday evening as they traveled to Kansas to take on Newman University. The Bearcats fell to the Jets in four sets moving them to 6-7 on the season.
Sophomore
Hannah Jackson continued to show her dominance recording a team high 17 kills. Behind her was junior
Ella Rademaker who extended her double-digit kill streak to nine, the longest in her career. Freshman
Logan Drennan led the team in assists with 22 on the game and senior
Julia Becker had 15. Senior
Janel Pido extended her team high serving aces as she added two to her season total now with 23.
The Bearcats now enter GLVC play beginning this upcoming weekend at home in the Meyer Wellness Center. They begin Friday, September 27
th as they host Lewis University with a scheduled start time of 6:00pm.
