Bolivar, Mo. – The SBU men's basketball team returned to the hardwood this evening as they hosted the Truman State Bulldogs. The Bearcats fell by a final score of 40-61 moving to 6-21 (2-17 GLVC) on the season.
 
Graduate student Graham Chenault came off the bench and led the Bearcats in scoring with 11 total points. He went an impressive 3-4 from the field and 2-2 from beyond the three-point line. Sasha Glushkov tagged along eight points and had a team-high eight rebounds.
 
The Bearcats will return on Saturday one final time for the 2023-24 season as they host Upper Iowa University on senior day. The Bearcats will honor their sole senior Ayden Stone after three years dedicated to the team. The presentation will be between the men's and women's game with a schedule tipoff of 3:00pm.
