Rolla, Mo. – The SBU men's basketball team returned to action this afternoon as they traveled to Missouri S&T. The Bearcats had a dominant bounce back game with an 86-59 victory over the Miners, completing the regular season sweep. The win moves them to 15-7 (7-7 GLVC) on the season.
"I was really proud of our guys today. I thought we guarded and held a good focus for forty minutes. Hopefully this will give us some good momentum going forward." Head Coach

Mitch Ganote Recorded his 8
th double-double of the season with 15 points and 12 rebounds to go along with six assists and two steals. Junior Ayden stone recorded his first career double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. He had five offensive boards and shot 71% from the field and a perfect 4-4 from the charity stripe.
"He's just a great teammate and a great guy to be around." Ganote Said, "I'm so proud of how he has been playing this year and recently because he works hard and always has the best attitude."
Freshman
Drenin Dinkins recorded his fourth straight double figure game today with 15 points off a perfect 6-6 shooting.
RJ Crawford had a team high 16 points and a career high eight rebounds and four assists.
The Bearcats return home this Thursday February 9
th, as they host the McKendree Bearcats. SBU won the first matchup of the season 79-66. Tipoff for this game is scheduled for 7:30 PM in the Meyer Center.
