Bolivar, Mo. - The SBU Women's Basketball team was back at home as they hosted the Kansas Christian College Falcons. The Bearcats would have a dominating performance against the Falcons, winning 123-27 making them 2-3 (0-1 GLVC) on the season. 

The Bearcats dominated the Falcons in their biggest win of the season so far as not only did they have multiple players record career highs, but they also set a new Single-Game Assist record with 38 assists. The Bearcats were also able to tie their previous Single-Game Three Point record with 19. Southwest Baptist was led by sophomores Kori Cromer and Kristin Edmonds who both had a career-high game as Cromer put up 21 points while Edmonds put up 20 points. Juniors Khylee Massey, Odett Schlegl, and I'sis Brown would also contribute to the Bearcats as Massey had a career-high of 6 points, Schlegl had a career-high of 10 points along with 6 assists, and Brown would set a new career-high with 7 rebounds. 

Junior Claudia Vanzant also had herself a game as she would record her first double-double of the season as she had 11 points and 10 rebounds. Vanzant was almost perfect from the field as she went 4-5 from the field and 3-4 from the charity stripe. Senior Kallyn Stumbo continued to contribute to the Bearcats as she recorded 7 points and 6 assists. 

Southwest Baptist will look to continue this momentum as they travel to Indianapolis to face the University of Indianapolis Greyhounds. Tip-off is set for 4:30 PM in Nicoson Hall Indianapolis, IN.
