Bolivar, Mo. – The SBU women's basketball team finshed their first weekend of action against the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers this afternoon. The Bearcats fell by a final score of 67-90. That moves them to 1-1 on the season.
Sophomore
Emma Perry led the Bearcats in points for the second straight game, this time with 14. She went 4-7 from beyond the arc, giving her 10 three pointers on the season after just two games. Karlee Holland and Kristin Edmonds each scored double-digit points with 12 and 10 respectively.
The Bearcats will return to action on Tuesday as they play host to Ozark Christian. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 PM.
