St. Louis, Mo. – Southwest Baptist battled against the Maryville Saints and came out on the wrong end of the match in a 5-0 loss.
 
The Bearcats played well early but let in a couple goals in the 8^th minute to go down 2-0. Ashlynn Edison had 3 saves in the first half after the Saints had 12 shots. SBU only allowed one more goal in the second half along with 4 more saves from Edison. Raegan Edwards led the Bearcats offense with 2 shots and both being on goal.
 
Southwest Baptist will be back in action against #24 Lindenwood on Sunday at 12:00.
