Krysten is entering her 4th year (2025-26) as SBU Athletics Director of Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator. Early into 2025, Clardy was promoted to Associate Athletic Director for her consistent dedication and hard work towards the department and all the athletes. Clardy is crucial to the Bearcat athletic department in certifying all 450+ athletes so they are NCAA eligible to play and enjoy the SBU bearcat experience. She always finding time to be an advocate for athletes and coaches to assist them during their time at SBU.

As an Alumni of the University, Clardy spent her time as a Bearcat as an All-Conference soccer player. She graduated in 2009 with a degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Psychology.
Prior to this position, Clardy has had a strong variety of experiences. She spent time in the Marshfield School District as their soccer coach. While being a stay-at-home mom, she served as an executive board member for the Bolivar Community Sports Association. During that time, she also coached soccer competitively. Most recently she owned a soup and salad shot on the square in Bolivar.
She resides in Bolivar with her husband Robert and her three kids Addyson, Brooklyn, and Lawson.
