Coach Lola Reed is entering her first season (2025-26) as a member of the women's basketball coaching staff.
Reed joins the coaching staff following two seasons as an assistant coach at Trinity Valley Community College under Head Coach Precious Ivy. There she gained experience in recruiting, oversaw academic progress, scouting reports and assisted with all team operations. In her two seasons she was also responsible for coaching and developing eight All-Conference players, four All-Region players including April Edwards - Freshman of the Year, Lydie Mwamba – 2nd Team All-American, and Monica Marsh who received both Newcomer of the Year and 2nd Team All-American.
The 2024-2025 season the Cardinals remained a top tier program with an impressive 25–5 record capturing the Region XIV Conference Championship. The previous season (23-24) TVCC finished 26–7, and were named Region XIV Co-Conference Champions, and made a run to the semifinals of NJCAA National Tournament.
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Lola played for Kirkwood High School where she helped lead her team to the Class 5A Missouri State Championship and was listed as the 16th best prospect in Missouri by All-Star Report. She also played for Missouri Phenom, one of the top AAU organizations in Missouri. She then went on to spend two seasons at Lamar University before transferring to Division I University of Evansville where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in May 2021.
