SBU: All-American Academic (2007 Indoor) • All-Conference MIAA (2007 Indoor, 2008 Indoor, 2009 Indoor).

High School: 5 Time All-State  • (1 - CC, 4-Track) Member of 3rd place 3A Cross Country Team in 2006.
