Southwest Baptist University Athletics

The SBU Softball Field is home to the Bearcat Softball Team.  It was built in 1985 when Plaster Stadium was built.  Prior to the field being built, the softball team played their games in the track infield on the old dirt track.  In recent years, a wood fence and Press Box have been added to the field.
