Kansas City, Mo. – SBU alumni and current Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Natalie (O'Keefe) Goatley was inducted into the MIAA Athletics Hall of Fame Monday evening. She becomes enshrined in the MIAA on the heels of becoming an SBU Hall of Famer back in October of 2025.

Goatley holds an SBU record with the most NCAA DII National Championships, winning back-to-back titles in the women's high jump at the 2016 and 2017 NCAA DII Indoor Track and Field National Championships. She was also named the women's NCAA Elite 90 award winner at both championships. Natalie is one of five MIAA student-athletes to be a two-time Ken B. Jones Award winner, winning the honor for the Association's top female student-athlete in both the 2015-16 and 2017-17 academic years.

Her accolades extend beyond the high jump pit, as her academics helped her earn even more awards throughout her collegiate career. Goatley was one of nine finalists for the 2016-17 NCAA Woman of the Year award. Overall, she was a five-time NCAA DII All-American, three-time MIAA Champion, a three-time USTFCCCA Academic All-American, a two-time USTFCCCA Indoor Field Scholar Athlete of the year and a once named the CoSIDA Academic Women's Track & Field All-American of the Year.

As a dual sport athlete, she appeared in 85 games across four years as a member of the SBU women's basketball team. Goatley still holds the SBU women's indoor high jump record at 1.80-meters.
