Pittsburg, Kan. – The SBU men's track and field team completed their indoor regular season Saturday at the 11^th Annual Gorilla Classic at Pitt State.
 
Marcus Jones was the highlight for the team once again taking 5^th place in the 400-meter open. His time of 47.80 seconds was a National mark, but just a hair slower than his best time this season.
 
For the first time this Spring, the Bearcats will take a week off before they head to the conference Championships. This years' Championships will take place at the Athletics & Recreation Center (ARC) in Indianapolis, Indiana. Last season the men's team took 6^th place, but with some big marks already this season, they are hoping to increase that finish this year.
