The SBU men's track and field team was in action today at two different meets: the KU Relays in Lawrence, KS and the Bryan Clay Invite in Azusa, CA. 
 
Lawrence, KS - In the field, Jayce Farrell finished 13th in the discus throw with a mark of 50.49-meters. On the track, the 4x800 team that featured Kaleb Nail, Luther Supancic, Braden Postlewait, and Devon McMillin finished in 6th place with a time of 7:52.26. This time is good for 4th in the SBU record books. 
 
Azusa, CA - This meet featured Bearcat athletes that have hit national qualifying marks. Marcus Jones competed in the 200-meter dash  with a time of 21.53, good for 16th. Parker Love was the sole runner for SBU in the 100m dash as he finished in 17th with a time of 10.74. 
 
Next up on the season for the SBU Track & Field team will be the GLVC Championships in Romeoville, IL May 1st-3rd.
