St. Louis, Mo. – The SBU STUNT team returned to action this weekend against four teams at Maryville University. The Bearcats fell in all four matches moving to 0-8 on the season.
They started competition on Saturday against East Stroudsburg University and Missouri Baptist. The Bearcats continued to improve as they lost to the Spartans of Missouri Baptist by half of what they did last season. On Sunday, SBU took on Central Methodist University and Lewis University. Southwest Baptist again improved against CMU from their game against them a year ago. Their best result of the weekend came against the Flyers of Lewis by a final score of 0-8.
The team will return to action next weekend as they travel to Conway, Arkansas. They will begin on Friday, March 7
th against Centenary College and Drury University.
