Lebanon, Ill. - The SBU Men's Basketball team wrapped up their season with a hard fought loss to McKendree. This concludes their season at 7-19 (4-16 GLVC).
 
The Bearcats came out playing aggressive defense to start this contest. McKendree was held to just six points through the first seven minutes of the game to SBU's 14. The Bearcats continued to keep their distance for only a few more minutes before the opposing Bearcats went on a 23-4 run and maintained control throughout.
 
Sophomore Jevin Sullivan led the team in scoring with 14. Senior David Hector neared another double-double versus McKendree with 8 points and 10 boards. Senior Brandon Eckles also added on 11 points to follow up his scoring season high.
 
With 11 members of the team being underclassmen, SBU will look to improve for next season.
