Warner, Okla. – The SBU STUNT team began their 2025 campaign Saturday afternoon competing at Connors State College. They battled Centenary College and Connors State two games apiece to open their season.
 
The Bearcats fell in the first three games by scores of 0-9, 0-6, and 0-9. But they continued to battle scoring their first point under new head Coach Ashley Vest against Centenary College, but still fell 1-9.
 
"We faced a lot of adversity this weekend, but this is a team of fighters. They quickly adjusted and made changes to be able to compete. We put some great routines on the mat! The future is bright! Roll Cats!" – Head Coach Ashley Vest said
 
The team will look to regroup for a couple of weeks before heading to St. Lous for their next tournament. That will take place on March 1^st and 2^nd as they take on Emporia State and Missouri Baptist.
