Rolla, Mo. – The SBU women's swim team competed in their final meet of 2025 Friday afternoon at the Missouri S&T Tri-meet. In this meet, they only battle the Missouri St. Louis Tritons where they fell by a final score of 39-162.
 
Briley Larcom stood out with a 2^nd-place finish in the 200-yard IM and leading all Bearcats in the 100-yard backstroke for a 4^th place finish. Grace Simon earned 2^nd in the 500-yard freestyle. Freshman Kamryn Cooper had a strong meet with a 3^rd place finish in the 100-yard fly. This beat out seven other swimmers and was only seconds away from the top spot.
 
The team will now head into Christmas break where they only have one more meet before the conference championships. On January 24^th, they will head back to Rolla where they will battle Rockhurst University.
