Springfield, Mo. — This weekend, Southwest Baptist University's women's swimming competed in the Drury Invite in Springfield, Mo. on Friday and Saturday where they faced four other teams from the conference. The Bearcats earned 307 points and boasted best times in nearly every event.
 
Grace Simon, Kamryn Cooper, and Briley Larcom performed well in each of their events. Simon placed 13th in the 500 Yard Free and dropped over four seconds. In the same event, Abigail Peugh and Natalie Block each dropped over 15 seconds.
 
In the 50 Yard Free, Cooper and Larcom went neck and neck, taking 11th and 12th. Larcom's other notable performance was her 7th place finish in the 200 yard back, dropping over three seconds.
