Saint Louis, Mo. — The Southwest Baptist University women's swim team traveled to Saint Louis to compete against Rockhurst University and Saint Louis University this afternoon. Six of SBU's swimmers dropped time in their events.
 
Kamryn Cooper had the biggest drop in her entry time when she swam a 2:01.43 in the 200-Yard freestyle. That was a drop of 3.57 seconds from her entry time of 2:05. In that same event, Abigail Peugh dropped .7 seconds finishing in 13th. Adilyn Henderson, Grace Simon, Sofia Gonzalez, and Gwyneth Bennett each dropped from their entry times.
 
Now the Bearcats head into a gauntlet of weeks as they compete four more times before Christmas break. This will begin next week as they swim in the Drury Invite down in Springfield, Missouri. This will span over two days on Friday, November 7th and Saturday, November 8th.
