Fayetteville, Ark. – The SBU men's track and field team continued their season Saturday afternoon at the Arkansas Spring Invitational.
 
High winds on the day made competition difficult all events. Parker Love had the top performance of the day taking 3^rd place in the 200-meter dash. Other top performances came in the 1,500-meter run across two different 1,500-meter events. Collins Kiplagat was the sole Bearcat to compete in the 1,500-meter invitational where it is mostly Division I athletes, he took 8^th place. Earlier in the day Nolan Hansen and Gavin Duchscherer took 9^th and 10^th place respectively in the 1,500-meter open event.
 
Southwest Baptist will return to action next week at the UCM Mule Relays on Saturday April 13^th.
