St. Charles, Mo. - In a thrilling beach volleyball showdown on Thursday, Southwest Baptist University's Bearcats clashed with Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. Despite their valiant efforts, the Bearcats faced a tough challenge and ultimately fell short, but not without some remarkable performances.
 
Bailey Lasater and Gabby Belcher delivered another stellar performance, securing a decisive victory with scores of 21-19 and 21-13 at the #1 spot. They have been showcasing their exceptional teamwork and skill on the sand with a record of 7-3 together this year at the top spot.
 
Meanwhile, Madi Satterly and Reagan Hoerning engaged in a fierce battle, taking their match to three intense sets. With scores of 21-17, 18-21, and a triumphant 15-7 finish, they demonstrated unwavering determination and resilience.
 
Although the Bearcats didn't emerge victorious overall, the impressive victories by Lasater/Belcher and Satterly/Hoerning highlighted the team's potential and fighting spirit.
