Box Score Bolivar, Mo. – The SBU men's basketball team dominated Manhattan Christian Tuesday evening by a final score of 83.51. That win sends them into thanksgiving break with a record of 2-2, just before the start of GLVC play.
Mitch Ganote led the team with one of the most impressive stat lines in years with 18 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, seven steals, and one block. He recorded his 21
st double-double shooting 60% from the field and 60% from beyond the arc.
David Hector also tied his SBU career high with 16 points off 73% from the field and seven rebounds. Both
Drenin Dinkins and
Jevin Sullivan continued their streak of double digit points with 16 and 12 points respectively. Freshman Barron Sullivan started in his first game of his career recording a career high in assists with five.
SBU will begin conference action on Saturday, November 30
th as they host the newest member into the conference Lincoln University. The Bearcats and Blue Tigers will showdown together in the Meyer Center with a tipoff scheduled for 3:00pm.
