Springfield, Mo. – The SBU women's volleyball team fell to rival Drury University 0-3 Saturday afternoon on the road. That moves the team to 12-14 (2-7 GLVC) on the season.
Junior
Ella Rademaker led the team in kills with 11, inching her closer to 1,000 career kills. Fellow junior
Katie Pogue was tied for second on the team in kills with seven for a .385 hitting percentage. She also tagged along 22 assists, eight digs, two serving aces, and one blocking assist. The team had a total of eight serving aces in the game with
Kynzie Lilly recording three and
Sydney McNeill had two.
Southwest Baptist will return to action next Friday kicking off their final home weekend of the season as they host Rockhurst University. The game will take place in the Meyer Sports Center with a start time of 6pm.
