Senior Jordan Kent Breaks Two SBU Records in Final Game of Season

Kirksville, Mo. – The SBU football team fell to the Truman State Bulldogs 3-55 finishing the season at 2-7 (1-7 GLVC) on the season.

Senior Jordan Kent completed his final game as a Bearcat by cementing his name in SBU history breaking two records. The first was by destroying the single season record of average yards per catch at 25.3 yards, four more yards than the previous record. The second is in the same category but across his entire career, where he finished at 17.4.

Along with Kent this was the final game in a Bearcat uniform for kicker Logan Turner. He already holds SBU records in single season and career field goals made and career PAT's made. Other seniors to play their last game in a Bearcat uniform include Regan Wilson, JaQuan Dorsey, Omari Oggs, CP Pillar, Kevin Gilliam, Jake Landers, Braden Spurling, Tyler Hart, Mitchell Gorgas, Preston Conti, David Avelar, and Nate Stelken.
