St. Louis, Mo. – The SBU women's volleyball team began their GLVC road portion of the year Friday evening as the traveled to Maryville University. The Bearcats fell to the Saints in five sets moving to 6-10 (0-3 GLVC) on the season.

Ella Rademaker extended her double-digit kill streak to 12 as she had a season high and game high 24 kills with a .262 hitting percentage. Sophomore
Rory Stanley had a strong game for the Bearcats recording 8 kills with 0 hitting errors. Fellow sophomore
Kynzie Lilly had a career high 34 digs to go along with her one serving ace and eight assists.

Julia Becker each shared on helping their teammates recording 28 and 25 assists respectively.
Southwest Baptist will return to action Saturday afternoon as they travel down I-44 to take on the Missouri S&T Miners. The Bearcats will look gather their first GLVC win as they take on the Miners at 3:00pm in Rolla.
