BEARCAT HIGHLIGHTS

Women's Volleyball
For the second straight season the Bearcats went undefeated at the Midwest Region Crossover going 3-0. Two Bearcats continued to climb the ladder in the SBU career records. Senior
Janel Pido recorded eight serving aces on the weekend moving her to 119 in her career which is 3
rd in SBU history.
Ella Rademaker added 40 more kills to her already impressive season and career, putting her 6
th in SBU career, now 11 away from 5
th and 17 away from 4
th.

Football
The Bearcats return to action after their first bye week in over five years and host a home football game for the first time in a month. The packed stands of Plaster Stadium have been a highlight for SBU this year as they have a 2-1 record, with their sole loss coming to the second-place team in the conference.

Men's Cross Country
After a week off the Bearcats begin postseason play competing in the GLVC Championships in Illinois this weekend. The Bearcats have had multiple runners be the top Bearcat at the prior four races, but
Collins Kiplagat has been the lead runner twice. He along with fellow teammates
Jackson Leeds and
Trevor Maxville will look to lead SBU to a top finish.

Women's Cross Country
Southwest Baptist enters the GLVC Championships projected to finish 2
nd after they were picked to finish 2
nd in the preseason poll. Their top-2 runners
Olivia Littleton and
Natalie Gerdes have each shared a Player of the Week award in their four competitions. The freshman Gerdes has been one of the top runners in the conference throughout the year and has a chance of winning GLVC Freshman of the Year.

Women's Soccer
Tamerra Gantt made SBU history this past week as she won the program's first ever GLVC Offensive Player of the Week Award. This comes off scoring two goals in a Bearcat undefeated weekend which including a win over Truman State on senior day.
Kylie Murie and
Taylor Branch each recorded their first goals of the season on Friday against William Jewell.
Men's Soccer
The SBU men's soccer team announces their Fall ID camp date and time. This year's camp will take place Saturday, November 16th between 1:00 and 4:00pm. Any kid between 9th and 12th grade will have the opportunity to showcase their abilities and speak with current players about their experience playing college soccer at SBU.
