Bolivar, Mo. – Division II athletics raised more than $160,000 in the 2022-23 academic year as part of its ongoing partnership with Make-A-Wish. Throughout this time Division II has been able to grant over 785 wishes to kids. This year, Southwest Baptist honored to be 1 of 9 schools in Division II to be a part of the Make-A-Wish reveal.  

As part of the fundraising efforts, SBU will get to experience wish reveals, which is the powerful moment when kids with critical illnesses find out their wishes will be coming true. Past SAAC sponsor Brittney Dukes and current sponsor Tripp Swisher helped make a kids wish come true.
