Bolivar, Mo. – The SBU men's basketball team ended non-conference play this evening as they battled the Williams Baptist Eagles. The Bearcats were battle tested but pulled out the victory 79-64. That puts them in the double-digit win column at 10-3 on the season.
 
Senior guard Mitch Ganote earned his second career triple double this evening with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. Ganote recorded 8 assists in the second half to secure the triple double. Two other Bearcats scored in double-digits with Quinn Nelson leading the way with 17 off five three pointers.
 
They will return to action this Saturday, January 7^th as they take on the Lewis University Flyers in conference play. The game will take place in the Meyer Center with a scheduled tipoff of 3:00 PM.
