Bolivar, Mo. -  The SBU Men's Soccer team took on their rival the Drury Panthers on their home turf this evening. The Bearcats struck first but fell in the end 1-2. That moves them to 0-7-1 (0-4 GLVC) on the season.
 
"I believe the boys demonstrated a class performance tonight but were unlucky at times." Head Coach Sabelo Hlongwane said, "They gave energy, focus, and discipline when needed. We will grow from this experience and focus our energy on the next game and opposition."
 
Freshman Nacho Masulli scored his second goal in as many games six minutes into the match, giving them an early 1-0 lead. The Panthers scored two unanswered goals to keep the Bearcats from achieving victory.
 
SBU will be back in action next Friday September 30^th against Missouri S&T. They will travel to Rolla, Missouri with an expected start time of 7:30 PM.
