Baseball Unable to Overcome Maryville Bats in Doubleheader Losses
 
The Bearcats hit four homeruns in game one, but it wasn't enough as Maryville outscored them 15-7. Three of the homeruns came in the 3^rd inning. The first came from a 2-run shot from Zeke Skinner, his fourth homerun on the weekend. Eli Smock followed two batters later with a 3-run homerun. Evan Turnquist then followed with a solo shot. The 7^th and final run of the game came from Rhys Cratty when he solo homered to right center.
 
The Bearcats fell 10-6 in game two. Cratty hit his second homerun of the day and fourth of the series in the 1^st. He also had two doubles on the day and three RBIs. Zeke Skinner and Blake Ford each had two hits for the Bearcats. 
 
The Bearcats finish up the season with a weekend series at Rockhurst. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 pm Friday.
