Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Romeoville, Ill. – The SBU Softball team finished up their road season today as they took on the Lewis University Flyers. The Bearcats struggled to get their bats going and fell by both matches moving to 7-25 (1-23 GLVC) on the season.
 
Game 1:  Loss, 1-3

• Izabella Anderson opened up the scoring in the top of the 2^nd; SBU's lone RBI
• Reilly Rupert recorded the loss (4-13); threw for five strikeouts
• Five Bearcats recorded hits in the game
• Meadow Vassar led the team with two hits

 
Game 2: Loss, 0-5

• Kora Lowe started on the mound and recorded the loss (0-3)
• Lowe threw a season high 6 strikeouts in the game.
• Renae Gillmore, Abby Henson, Rylee Lunn, and Anderson all recorded hits

 
The Bearcats will return home on Saturday April 1^st to take on Truman State University. Senior day will take place the day after that on April 2^nd against Quincy University.
