Indianapolis, In- SBU Men's Tennis player Youseff Nabil has been awarded the Great Lakes Valley Conference player of the week, announced by the league office Tuesday. He earns his first player of the week award and SBU tennis their first POTW of the 2022 season.
 
Nabil was undefeated in singles matches at the No. 4 spot this last week, assisting in the Bearcats two wins. Two of his wins were against ITA top-50 singles players of Stefan Andrei (50^th) and Egor Shestakov (34^th). He and his partner Alvaro Nunez also won two doubles matches at the No. 1 spot.
 
Nabil and the Bearcats travel to Searcy, Arkansas this Sunday to take on Harding University with a scheduled game time of 1:00 PM.
