Bolivar, Mo. – The SBU women's basketball team returns to conference play this afternoon to battle the Truman State Bulldogs in the Meyer Wellness Center. This will mark the 53^rd meeting between these two rivaled programs, with the Bearcat ladies leading 30-22.  Tip off for this game is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
 
"They are a good team, but they have got some really good individuals." Head Coach Kelsey Keizer said, "I think the goal will be, for our team to be better than their team and can we accomplish that as a unit defensively and as a unit offensively"
 
The Bearcats enter this game as one of the top defensive teams in conference, holding their opponents to just 39.4% from the field ranking 2^nd within the conference. They are also top-3 in conference in rebounding margin, averaging 3.9 rebounds more than their opponent.
