Bolivar, Mo. – The SBU volleyball team honored their two seniors for senior day earlier this afternoon as they took on the Truman State Bulldogs. The Bearcats sent their seniors off in style claiming a victory over the Bulldogs 3-1. They move to 14-14, finishing the season with a .500 record for the first time since 2013.

Sydney Ernsbarger. Each were four-year members of the Bearcat volleyball team. Compton finished this game with six kills, one serving ace, 1 blocking assist, and 8 digs. Ernsbarger finished with 2 kills, six blocking assists, and 2 digs.
"I was so thankful for my teammates coming together one last game and getting the win on an emotional night." Compton said, "I've had the best teammates and couldn't have done these past 4 years without them. I'm so proud of how much we've grown and I'm honored to be a part of such a hard working environment."
"It was a good team win and a good way to end the season." Ersnbarger said, "I'm proud of the girls and the hard work they've put in to building this program. I'm excited to support them in years to come and see how far they go."
