Bolivar, Mo. - Racking up another award after impressive performances this season, linebacker Coleton Smith and quarterback Cooper Callis have been named D2Football.com Elite 100. This group is selected by the staff of D2Football.com with input from coaches, scouts, media, and sports information directors from around the country. 

Coleton Smith, already named 2nd Team All-American, 1st Team All-Region, and 2nd Team All-GLVC, was named to the second team in the Elite 100. Cooper Callis, the GLVC's back-to-back Offensive Player of the Year and one of 36 nominees for the Harlon Hill Trophy, was also named to the Elite 100 as a member of the Squad crew. 

Six athletes named to the Elite 100 were members of GLVC programs- Lindenwood linebacker Drew Seers, Truman State running back Cory Schrader, Indianapolis running back Toriano Clinton, and Missouri S&T linebacker Ben Straatmann. SBU was the only GLVC school with multiple athletes named to this prestigious team.
