Bolivar, Mo. – The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) has voted to allow each member institution to make the decision regarding fan attendance at outdoor events this spring in accordance with local health authorities.
 
Southwest Baptist University's athletic department and Executive Cabinet added their approval to allow fans to attend home outdoor sporting events. Fans are requested to wear masks and remain socially distanced at all times. In addition, the University will be working closely with local health agencies to provide a safe and fun fan experience for those who attend. The decision to allow fans at our outdoor spring venues is extended on a conditional basis provided that the COVID-19 infection rates remain low.  The fan environment will be closely monitored, and the University reserves the right to make adjustments to this plan as needed.
