Wichita Falls, Tex. – The Women's Tennis team completed the four-match sweep in the Texas tournament with a 4-2 victory over Cameron Sunday morning. The Bearcats now sit at 7-1 on the year.
 
All three doubles teams on their matches, starting with Jill Van den Dungen and Catarina Zheng on court 1, 6-2. Dona Abohabaga and Constanca Crespo followed with a 6-4 win on court 2, and Diana Cabrera and Sarah Brown wrapped up doubles play with a 7-5 edge over their opponents on court 3.
 
Constanca Crespo got the second point for SBU, defeating her opponent 6-1 6-2 on court 3. Diana Cabrera got the Bearcats within one point from victory with her 6-0 6-2 win on court 4. The Aggies bounced back with victories on courts 1 and 2, but Catarina Zheng sealed the match-winning point with a 3-6 6-2 6-1 win on court 5. The match was stopped once SBU hit 4 points, ending 4-2 in favor of SBU.
 
The Bearcats play at home for their next match, hosting the McKendree Bearcats on March 13 at 1 PM.
