Bolivar, Mo. – Southwest Baptist started conference play with an overtime win against Drury. Raegan Edwards and Samantha Boese each scored for the Bearcats to lead them to a 2-1 win. This makes their record 2-0-1 (1-0 GLVC) for the season.
 
Raegan Edwards got the scoring started early with a goal 9 minutes into the game on a corner kick from Raquel Rodriguez. Drury got one back to tie it up in the 23^rd minute. Ashlyn Gibbs had two key saves in the second half to help send it into overtime. Samantha Boese finished it off with a goal in the 5^th minute of overtime.
 
The Bearcats will be on the road for their next game, traveling to Rolla, Mo. to take on Missouri S&T on September 20^th.
