San Antonio, Tex. - Women's tennis lost a tough battle against Tarleton University with the score of 4-3.

In doubles, the Texas Riders won their first doubles match on court #3. Junior Jill Van Den Dungen and Senior Klara Vickov tied the score after winning on court #1. Freshman Diana Cabrera and Sophomore Constanca Crespo secured the doubles point after winning on court #2.

In singles, Junior Jill Van Den Dungen added the second point after winning on court #1. Tarleton got their first point after winning on court #6. Tarleton tied the score to 2-2 after winning on court #2. Sophomore Constanca Crespo managed to win her match in a third set on court #3 and gave the third point to the Bearcats. Tarleton won the last two matches remaining on court #4 and #5 in a third set to win the dual.

The Bearcats will be back in action tomorrow when they take on #4 West Florida in San Antonio, TX. The game is set to start at 9:30 am.
