Bolivar, Mo. - To wrap up a busy athletic day at SBU, the Bearcat Volleyball team hosted Missouri Western Friday evening. The Griffons defeated the Bearcats in three sets. The loss brings their record to 4-13 (0-4 MIAA).

MWSU took the first set 25-14. The Bearcats battled hard in the second set, but fell 25-21. The Griffons won the match with a third set win by a score of 25-19. Greysen Roster collected 7 kills on the night, while Kalyn Bitner and Delanie Tipton each collected six. Makenzie Bouse led the assists column for SBU finishing with 25, and Bailey Baumann ended the night with 7 digs. 

The Bearcats will be in action again tomorrow, Saturday, September 22 at 3 PM when they take on Northwest Missouri State.
