Bolivar, Mo. - Women's Soccer fell to Truman State 4-0 Sunday afternoon. The loss brings the Bearcats to 0-2 (0-0 MIAA) on the season.
The Bulldogs put up goals at the 18:35 and 39:44 marks in the first half. The Bearcats were only able to get off 2 shots in the first half, but put up 7 in the second half. Truman State put two more in the net in the second half at 67:38 and 87:28, giving the Bulldogs a 4-0 win. Southwest Baptist had 4 shots on goal,
Raegan Edwards responsible for 2 of those.
Ashlyn Gibbs was in the net for the Bearcats and made 11 saves on the day.
The Bearcats are back at home for their next competition, taking on Northwestern Oklahoma State University on Thursday, September 6th at 4 PM.
