Surprise, Arizona - Southwest Baptist Men's Tennis lost in their in the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Championships to Columbus State by a score of 5-0.
In doubles, the Cougars swept all doubles to take the lead 3-0, which put them two points away from moving on to the next round.
In singles, Columbus State added another point by winning the match on court #3 in two straight sets. The Cougars clinched the match on court #6 and eliminated SBU. Senior Sherif Abohabaga was winning 6-2, 5-5 but did not finish his match since the other team got the fifth point.
