St. Joseph, Mo. – The Bearcat Volleyball team traveled to Missouri Western Friday evening. The Griffons defeated the Bearcats in three sets, moving SBU's record to 4-24 (0-15 MIAA) on the season.
 
Missouri Western won the first set by a score of 25-7, the second 25-11, and the third 25-19. Greysen Roster led the Bearcats in the kills column, finishing with 7 on the night. Mikhaela Cochran and Delanie Tipton both collected 2 blocks, and Makenzie Bouse finished with 17 assists. The digs category was led by seniors Dana Neal and Bailey Baumann, each finishing with 9 digs.
 
The Bearcats play again tomorrow afternoon, taking on Northwest Missouri State at 3 PM in Maryville, MO.
