Bolivar, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University football team travel to #15 Indianapolis to open up GLVC play on Saturday.
The Coaches and the All-Time Series
Robert Clardy will begin his third season as the head coach on the Bearcat bench. Coach Clardy led the Bearcats to their first ever NCAA Playoff appearance, National Ranking, and Conference Championship during the 2016 season. Coach Clardy has produced six All-American's during his career, while seeing his athletes break numerous SBU, GLVC, and NCAA records.
Bob Bartolomeo is in his 8th season as the head coach for Indianapolis. Bartolomeo has led the Greyhounds to four GLVC championships in the last five years, while going 35-4 in GLVC play. Overall, Bartolomeo holds a career coaching record of 72-30-1, including a 58-23-1 mark at UIndy.
Indianapolis leads the all-time series against Southwest Baptist 2-1. The Bearcats claimed a 41-37 victory in Bolivar last season.
