SBU Baseball Series vs. UNK Moved to Bolivar on Thursday-Friday

Bolivar, Mo.
 - The Southwest Baptist University baseball series against Nebraska-Kearney has been moved to Bolivar due to expected weather in the Kearney area. The series will now be played on Thursday, April 27 with a single 9-inning game at 3:00 p.m., followed by a doubleheader on Friday, April 28 beginning at 12:00 p.m.

Scouting the Bearcats
The Bearcats return to action on Thursday with a 28-15 (18-12 MIAA) record on the season, and are currently ranked no. 6 in the latest NCAA Central Region rankings. Offensively SBU is led by Hunter Hisky who is hiting .397 with a team leading 20 doubles and 49 runs batted in. Andrew Meier leads the Bearcats with a .426 average, while Nelson Muniz has hit a team high 9 homeruns, and Caleb Sneed and Sean Murley have both scored a team leading 43 runs on the season. On the mound Chance Wolfe is 5-1 with a 3.80 ERA to go along with 7 saves, while out of the rotation Drew Wagner holds a 3.92 ERA with 44 strikeouts across 57.1 innings.
