Springfield, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University women's tennis team picked up their third straight victory on Saturday after taking down Washburn 5-1. With the win the Bearcats improve to 12-2 (4-1 MIAA) on the season.

Klara Vickov recorded an 8-4 victory at #2, capped off by an 8-4 victory at #3 by Sarah Brown/
Beatrix Federer. SBU then received singles victories from Tuemmers at #2 and Vickov at #4 to claim the 5-1 team victory.
SBU will return to action on Saturday, April 1 when they travel to Northwest Missouri. Play is set to begin at 11:00 a.m. from Maryville, Missouri.
