Springfield, Mo. - The Southwest Baptist University women's tennis team remains undefeated on the 2017 season with a 9-0 victory over Evangel on Saturday. With the win the Bearcats improve to 5-0 on the season.

The Bearcats started off strong in doubles, playing sweeping all three matches before winning each single point in straight sets.

SBU will return to action on Thursday, February 23 when they take on Augustana. Play is set to begin at 10:00 a.m. from St. Joseph, Missouri.
