Fayette, Iowa - The Southwest Baptist University men's soccer team fell on the road at Upper Iowa on Sunday afternoon 3-1.
The Peacocks jumped ahead 1-0 in the 8th minute of play, and added two second half goals as the Bearcats trailed 3-0. SBU got one goal back in the 79th minute of play when Jaydon Charles assisted Emmanuel Poblano who netted his third goal of the season. However, the Bearcats were unable to draw any closer as they eventually fell 3-1.
SBU concludes the 2017 season with a 1-16 (1-7 MIAA) record for the year.
